Relative to LED spotlights, in the fierce competition in the LED market environment, how to improve product competitiveness is the focus of factory research. Therefore, we need LED spotlight to design a high transmittance, high grade, low cost lens.
With the continuous upgrading and integration of LED industry, the speed of LED spotlight products replacement is also very fast. LED lamp lens development is rapid follow-up, from the overall market, consumers are most concerned about is the visual effect of lighting and light effect, so the design of LED lens lamp must meet three requirements: one is the LED lens shape is novel, fashionable and beautiful; two is the effective transmission rate of LED lens; three is the visual effect of LED lens and lamp collocation. Through the above three aspects of the demand point, the current market spotlight in the application of common LED lens design, there are three kinds, the following are briefly explained.

The latter two kinds of LED lens design usually use PC material, high temperature resistance, the LED light source can use SMD light source module or COB light source, the light angle is adjustable 300-600, the light effect is even. When the light source is outside, the modular patch light source can be broken by the compound eye bead surface, the visual effect is COB, and the flexibility of the light source is more flexible.
In addition, from the high-end demand and lighting manufacturing cost considerations, the design of a LED lens, you can match a variety of light sources, increase the versatility of the product. Reasonable collocation eye bead surface and external scales used in lighting lens, not only to optimize the overall lighting visual appearance, can effectively solve the problem of frequent design of different light sources matching different lens, further saving lamp design and manufacturing time, effectively shorten the development cycle of the whole light.
